As we continue advancing the BeBold Campaign, I am deeply grateful for your support. Your generosity has been inspiring, and I’m excited to share our progress and the next steps for this transformative project.
The BeBold Campaign was initially envisioned as a three-phase, $9 million project to enhance our parish and campus ministry facilities. Thanks to the incredible generosity of many, we’ve raised $8.2 million. However, due to rising costs, the project’s scope has expanded, leaving us with a financial gap.
Additionally, we’ve identified two urgent infrastructure needs: replacing a f ailing HVAC system and addressing a roof that has surpassed its useful life. Incorporating these repairs into the project is essential to ensure the safety and longevity of our facilities. We now anticipate a worst-case shortfall of $1.3 million.
To address this gap, we’ve developed a strategic plan:
· Allocating a portion of our long-term savings for the roof replacement.
· Re-engaging with our community and financial supporters.
Despite these challenges, the enthusiasm within our parish remains strong. The improvements we are making will enhance our ability to serve students, families, and future generations, providing a modern, vibrant space for our faith to grow and encounter Christ.
I ask for your continued prayers and support as we move into the next phase. We’re ready to begin the bidding process and proceed with construction. We need everyone to participate, and I encourage you to step up and recommit to supporting this critical mission. Thank you for your time, consideration, and most of all, for being part of this incredible journey. I look forward to keeping you updated as we move forward together.
