June Disciples Night: What is Praise & Worship w/Martin Doman
Thursday, June 7 6:20 - 9:00 PM; Awesome, Inc. 348 E. Main Street
Martin Doman is a Catholic musician, praise and worship leader, and Director of Worship at Christ the King Catholic Church in Ann Arbor, MI. Martin will share with us the fundamental meaning of the term praise and worship, and how it can be lived out in a Catholic context. What is the unique charism that we as Catholics have when it comes to praying with music, and how can we more fully live that?
Come join a growing group of Catholic young adults from throughout the Diocese of Lexington for our monthly disciples night. This event is open for all, whether you're just exploring the Catholic faith or are already very active in your faith life. Our group includes single adults, married couples, and parents. All we're missing is you!
The purpose of the monthly i.d.9:16 Disciples’ Night is to help deepen personal conversion, foster communion, and grow in an understanding of what it means to be a Catholic disciple in the world today. The meeting consists of Mass, dinner, and a compelling talk centered on one of the four pillars of discipleship.
