Prayer Is God’s Power
When we pray for something, considering who God is, there are only three possible outcomes: God provides what we ask for, God says not yet but it will come, or God gives us something better. Sometimes, it can be hard to wait for His answer; that’s why we are here.

And I tell you, ask and you will receive; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives; and the one who seeks, finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.
Pray as though everything depended on God. Work as though everything depended on you.
Therefore I tell you, all that you ask for in prayer, believe that you will receive it and it shall be yours. When you stand to pray, forgive anyone against whom you have a grievance, so that your heavenly Father may in turn forgive you your transgressions.
Love to pray. Prayer enlarges the heart until it is capable of containing God’s gift of Himself.
Rejoice in hope, endure in affliction, persevere in prayer.
Every single grace comes to the soul through prayer.
