Welcome
We welcome you to the Newman Center at UK! There are a few ways to get involved in our student community.
Join the GroupMe by clicking HERE. This is where missionaries post about events, bonfires, service opportunities, and anything else you'd need to know!
Show up to a student event! Every Tuesday is Freshman dinner at 6 PM and community night at 7 PM. All are welcome!
Contact a missionary to join a bible study at any time. Bible studies are small groups of students that meet for about an hour to discuss life happenings, scripture, prayer, and mission. Meet our Catholic Wildcat & FOCUS missionaries at the bottom of this page.

YES!We know your schedule can get crazy as a student, that's why we offer extra Mass times for students during UK Spring and Fall semesters. But students and parishioners are welcome at all times offered.
Thursday's at 7:30 PM student Mass with social in the courtyard after.
Sunday's at 8:30 PM student Mass and dessert after.

The priest can walk you through the Sacrament of Reconciliation. If you'd like extra guidance while going to confession, click How to Go to Confession.
Confession is offered Monday-Friday at 11-11:55 AM & Saturdays at 4:30-5:45 PM. During UK Spring and Fall semester, confession is offered on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 PM.

Catholic Wildcats serve the Lexington, UK campus, and international communities ranging from weekly opportunies to a whole week away at Spring Break.
